MRA 2017 Gardens of Madison County

UPDATE:

Thanks so much to everyone who bid on the MRA Gardens Online Auction! FOR THE WINNERS, YOUR ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP AT MRA AT THE ELEMENTARY CONFERENCE ROOM ON TUESDAY, MAY 9, FROM 7:30 TO 8:30 AND 11:00 TO 1:00 OR ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, FROM 11:00 TO 1:00 OR 2:30 TO 5:00.

We were able to raise $8400 to support MRA’s mission of “Educating the Mind, Body, and Spirit” for the benefit of our children. As some of you may have noticed, the host site for the auction malfunctioned and did not allow the end time of the auction to be modified from 8:00 pm to 6:00 pm as planned. We realize that maximizing the fun and strategy of participating makes it important for bidders to know when the auction will close, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, know that because of the malfunction, we were able to raise an additional $500 for the school, so hopefully that will be some consolation for the inconvenience. Thanks again for your support!!






It is that time again and spring is here! The Gardens of Madison County are abloom with excitement! Historically voted one of Southern Living’s Top 10 Garden Tours, we offer the unique opportunity to tour beautiful gardens in the Madison-Ridgeland area. This year to open the event, we are showcasing a diverse collection of fabulous items in our Online Auction. Allow yourself to be dazzled at the creativity and talent of our generous donors. During our online auction - April 24, 2017, through May 7, 2017 - you will have the premier opportunity to "Bid" or “Buy It Now” for over 100 items. Sit back and enjoy shopping at it’s best! Bidding begins April 24, 2017, at 8:00 pm CST on all Auction items.

Note that, in addition to the items featured online, there will be a silent auction held during the Green Thumb Sponsors' Party on May 5, offering additional items for guests to bid on and take home that night.

The online auction will close on Sunday, May 7th, promptly at 6 pm.

OVERALL GUIDELINES:
MRA reserves the right to require a minimum purchase price as posted on select items.

An online bid using your registered user name constitutes a binding, legal agreement. The highest bidder is obligated to accept and pay for the item.

Items will be awarded to the highest bidder upon payment to the cashier or if paid online with credit card.

Payment restrictions apply. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or check made payable to MRA is acceptable. $30 fee on all returned checks.

All items that include lodging are on a space available basis unless otherwise noted.

All certificates, services and items must be used in accordance with any specified restrictions set forth by the donor. Read all information carefully.

Winners will be notified via their registered email address promptly at the close of the online auction.

Items can be picked up at the MRA Campus beginning Tuesday, May 9th, from 12 pm to 6 pm and Wednesday, May 10th from 7:30 am to 1 pm in the elementary conference room at MRA. All items not picked up will be available to the next highest bidder.
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise noted.
